There is no longer room for doubt. The recent deployment of ICE Special Response Teams (SRTs) to Democratic-led cities—Chicago, New York, Seattle, Northern Virginia, and Philadelphia—was not about immigration enforcement. It was about provocation. The goal is chaos.

These operations are engineered to inflame. Communities like Pilsen in Chicago and Little Village, neighborhoods with rich immigrant histories, were intentionally selected. These areas are not crime hubs or cartel safe havens; they are homes, markets, churches. Raiding them with militarized agents sends one clear message: “We can—and we will—bring federal force down on you for where you live and who you vote for.”

Let’s not pretend this is normal.

The President’s allies claim this is about “restoring law and order.” In reality, it is a calculated act of political aggression—staging federal power plays in opposition strongholds to provoke confrontation. If violence or unrest follows, they’ll point fingers at the cities they targeted. It’s the classic authoritarian trick: create the crisis, then campaign on it.

This is not just internal political warfare—it’s a message to the world. And the message is this: the United States is not a safe or stable destination right now.

Tourists, business travelers, students—you don’t need to be part of this dystopian spiral.

Skip the United States this summer. Go to Spain. Go to Thailand. Go anywhere that’s not systematically weaponizing state power against its own population in broad daylight.

The streets of New York and Chicago may be filled with art, culture, and history—but they are now also flashpoints for political theater with real human cost.

The message is simple, and we cannot say it loudly enough: citizens of the world, stay the hell out of the USA this summer.

Let America resolve its internal collapse without dragging global citizens into its manufactured crises.
