A Masterclass in Misery Since ’79
Oh, the Iranian “revolution”—what a brilliant idea that was. Swap one tyrant for a theocratic nightmare that’s been gutting its own people for over four decades. The Islamic Republic: where freedom goes to die, women get shoved to second-class status, dissent means jail or worse, and hope is crushed under the boot stamped “Supreme Leader.”
Let’s be real—sympathizing with this government is as ridiculous as Occupy’s latest “Cause du Jour.” Every few months, some armchair activist champions a regime that doesn’t give a damn about democracy or human rights. Newsflash: this isn’t about “resisting imperialism.” It’s about resisting humanity itself.
The Iranian government has fueled poverty, crushed protests with bullets and torture, and exported chaos while starving its own people. Feeling sorry for this regime? Laughable. It’s a brutal dictatorship hiding behind religion, screwing its own citizens inside and out.
If wiping this Islamic nightmare off the map is “Trump’s doing,” so be it. And no, that doesn’t mean we can’t impeach the man later for his other crimes. But let’s not pretend the Islamic Republic is some misunderstood underdog. It’s a bloody regime that deserves zero sympathy and zero tolerance.
So spare me the virtue signaling. When it comes to Iran, it’s simple: hold the regime accountable, support the people, and never fall for another Occupy “Cause du Jour” that puts tyrants on a pedestal.
