Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, night owls and early risers, everyone who wandered into this strange little campfire we built called Occupy 2.5… we need to talk.

Pull up a chair. This won’t hurt. Much.

You’ve been reading our fiction here for months. Some of it strange. Some of it sharp. Some of it wandering around at 3 a.m. like it lost its keys and found a story instead. And you stayed. That matters.

So here’s the truth, plain and unvarnished:

We’re moving.

Not because we want to. Because we have to.

Occupy 2.5, Occupy25.com… they’ve started to wobble. Something in the wiring, something in the bones. The kind of problem that doesn’t politely wait while you fix it. And right now, we don’t have the tools to fix it.

So we do what builders, archivists, and survivors always do.

We move the good stuff before the roof caves in.

We’re taking the stories somewhere safer. Somewhere we control. Somewhere the lights stay on.

We’re moving them to WPS News.

Now, here’s the part where you decide if you’re coming with us.

Starting May 1, 2026, a new series begins:

8 Feet of Dirt

A story that digs in, settles down, and refuses to let go. It runs for the next couple of months, one chapter at a time.

Not every day anymore. We’re not pretending we can keep that pace.

We’re going weekly.

Every Friday at 00:05.

Why that time?

Because the world is quieter then. Because it belongs to people who are still awake for a reason. Because stories breathe better when the noise dies down.

And yes, you’re going to enjoy it.

Not because we’re asking nicely.

Because I told you to.

That’s how this works.

You sit down. You read. You get pulled in whether you meant to or not. That’s the deal.

And if you don’t enjoy it?

Well… let’s just say the gremlins are still out there.

They already chewed through Occupy 2.5.

They already took a bite out of Occupy25.com.

You think they’re done?

No, no. They’re patient.

They’re organized.

They love unfinished business.

So here’s the plan.

We go underground.

We go to the vault.

We keep writing.

We keep building.

We outlast the nonsense.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for reading.

And thank you in advance for making the jump with us.

We’ll be waiting for you.

Every Friday.

00:05.

Bring a light.

It gets dark down there.
